Meridian Theatres @ Centrepointe is open to the public in accordance with current public health regulations.

Proof of vaccination

As of March 1, 2022 proof of vaccination is not required to access most events at Meridian Theatres @ Centrepointe.

While proof of vaccination is no longer required at our theatres some producers and presenters may opt to continue the practice for their events. A proof of vaccination notice will be on the event page if it is required, and ticket holders will be notified.

Required proof

• Please bring your enhanced certificate confirming you are fully vaccinated. Fully vaccinated means you have received at least two doses of a Health Canada approved vaccine at least 14 days prior.  
• Valid identification that shows name and date of birth and has been issued by an institution or public body. 

Exceptions 

• Children 11 and under do not need to show proof of vaccination.
• For youth who turn 12 in 2022, there is a grace period of 12 weeks from their birthday when they do not need to show proof of vaccination. 
• As of January 10, patrons with a documented medical exemption from a doctor or nurse practitioner will need to show the medical exemption with a certificate that includes a QR code.  
• Brief entry to use the washroom, pick up a participant, seek information, or make a payment does not require proof of vaccination.

Masks

As of March 21, 2022 masks are not required to access many events and programs at Meridian Theatres @ Centrepointe. You may choose to continue wearing a mask.  We encourage you to do what makes you feel safest. Masks are strongly encouraged for programs where participants may be at higher risk. Rentals

Theatres

Meridian Theatres @ Centrepointe is open at 100% capacity in accordance with current federal, provincial, and local health regulations.

If an event is cancelled or postponed, ticket buyers will be contacted. Refunds due to a date change are available up to 30 days after notification, unless an alternate date is indicated in the notice.
