Meridian Theatres @ Centrepointe remains closed until further notice.

Ticket holders with tickets to cancelled and postponed events have been contacted regarding refunds. Please contact us at if your refund is still outstanding.

Information on COVID-19

Proof of vaccination required 

As of September 22, 2021, you must present proof you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to enter our facility and theatres as mandated by provincial regulations

Required proof

  • Electronic or hard copy of your vaccination receipt confirming you are fully vaccinated. Fully vaccinated means you have received two doses of a Health Canada approved vaccine at least 14 days prior.  
  • Valid identification that shows name and date of birth and has been issued by an institution or public body. Photo identification is not required and the identification does not need to be government-issued. 


  • Age 11 and under   
  • Those with a medical exemption from a doctor or nurse practitioner. 
  • Youth between the ages of 12 and 17 participating in certain organized activities, including dance.

Information regarding 2020 and 2021 shows missed due to COVID-19: All scheduled shows from March 2020 to August 31, 2021 have either been cancelled or rescheduled. If you plan to attend the new performance date, your old tickets are still valid. However, if you would prefer a refund, or your refund is still outstanding, please contact us at

Q: If a performance is cancelled, when and how will I receive a refund?

If you purchased tickets online for an event that is cancelled, refunds will be processed through our online ticketing partner and returned to your credit card.

If you purchased tickets over the phone or in person, we will contact you to process your refund over the phone. If your refund is still outstanding, please e-mail us at

Q: If a performance is postponed, what do I do?

If you are holding tickets for a performance that is postponed, we will announce the new dates as soon as possible. Your current tickets will be honoured for that date, or we will refund you at your request if you are unable to attend the new date.


The Mainstage, Les Lye Studio Theatre, Atrium and the Box Office remain closed until further notice.
